It’s been a while since I got to travel with my dear friend, Will Johnson. I’m headed down to Texas in a few days to help with driving and slinging merch on his upcoming shows in Texas.

These are gonna be very special shows with the same band that played on Will’s beautiful new album “No Ordinary Crown.” It’ll be Will singing and playing guitar, Britton Beisenherz on bass and keyboards, Lindsey Verrill on cello and banjo, Ricky Ray Jackson on pedal steel and guitar, Roberto Sanchez on drums.

I’m very excited to see and hear Will’s songs in all their fuzzed out glory!

Renee Reed will be opening all these shows. I think you’ll love her songs.

We’ll be at some classic Texas venues including my favorite bar in the world, Dan’s Silverleaf in Denton.
